I was adopted as a Russian-born, Russian-speaking seven-year-old into a new land and life where I found God’s grace in a special bond with my first dog. I found I had a special gift for dogs and wanted to use this gift for His Glory. He continued to bless me in my lifetime with experience handling and interacting with K9’s during my seven years serving in the United States Marine Corps.
I continued pursuing a career in professional K9 handling in private sectors and law enforcement. Now, I am called to help strengthen His flock by training His people to care for their beasts on an everyday basis.

I set up Righteous K9 in 2000 to offer the people and pets of San Francisco a new method of training. Righteous K9 is a fully certified business, and I also regularly consult with local veterinarians to make sure that my methods and nutritional and medical advice are 100% up to date and correct. I take your pet’s health and well being as seriously as humanly possible!
Righteous K9 believes that owning a pet is an amazing and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility, not a luxury. Training your pet properly will lead you to a greater understanding of the animal, and I firmly believe in the owner-pet relationship being one of mutual understanding and respect.
